Lifted Trucks is seeking a focused, experienced automotive biller.

• You would need to ensure proper billing of retail and wholesale vehicle sales
• A general ledger posting of all sales and cost of sales accounts
• verify all proper documentation is included in deals
• process time-sensitive contracts and related vehicle sales documentation accurately
• process lien payoffs for trade-ins
• verifying and calculating sales commissions
• review and maintain schedules
• verify sales tax is calculated properly
• work closely with sales and finance
• audit car deals to ensure compliance with company policy
• dealership experience preferred but will train the right person
• knowledge of GAAP a plus

Job Type: Full-time $15 per hour.
